Cass County Arrest Records
Cass County arrest records are generally public under Missouri's Sunshine Law. Note that records can be closed from public access under certain conditions, such as when an arrest does not result in a conviction or charges (within 30 days), when the case is dismissed, or when the case is sealed by a court order. In cases like this, specific entities still retain access to these records, including the record's subject, law enforcement agencies, and the courts. - City of residence
- Age

- Arrest date, time, and location
- Detention facility
- Factual circumstances surrounding the arrest incident
- The name and age of any victim (except victims of any crime under chapter 566, RSMo)
